Class Start: 18:15 - 55min 

Location: Augarten 1020 VIE - Englische Wiese, Entrance Castellezgasse (exact location via mail, one day before class starts) 

What to bring? Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Come already dressed, but Toilets are also available.

Level:
ALL LEVELS - The class can be done in grippy socks or barefoot. 

Class will be held by our certified Pilates Instructors

In case of bad weather, you will receive a cancellation or change from RLA up to 2 hours before class begins.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the class starts. After that, no refunds will be issued.

Please note: This class is not suitable for pregnant women or those who have recently given birth.
